Getting Started

Charge Your Device

  • Connect the controller to power using the included USB-C cable
  • Initial charging takes 2-3 hours for a full charge
  • The LCD screen displays battery level during charging
  • A full charge provides 5-7 treatment sessions
  • The device will beep when fully charged

Prepare Your Skin

  • Remove all makeup with your regular cleanser
  • Wash face and neck with gentle cleanser
  • Pat skin completely dry with a clean towel
  • Do not apply any skincare products before treatment

Connect & Position

  • Connect the face mask cable to the controller port marked "FACE"
  • Connect the neck piece cable to the port marked "NECK"
  • Ensure both connections click securely into place
  • Place the face mask over your face, aligning eye openings
  • Position the neck piece comfortably around your neck
  • Adjust the head strap for a secure but comfortable fit

Using Your Controller

LCD Display Information

Your controller's display shows:

  • • Current mode (1-6)
  • • Timer countdown (10:00 to 0:00)
  • • Battery level indicator
  • • Brightness percentage (50%, 75%, 100%)
  • • Pulse indicator (ON/OFF)

Button Functions

POWER Turn device on/off

MODE Cycle through modes 1-6

BRIGHTNESS Adjust intensity: 50% → 75% → 100%

PULSE Toggle 10Hz pulse function ON/OFF

START/PAUSE Begin or pause your session

Treatment Protocol

Select Your Settings

  • Press MODE to select your desired treatment (1-6)
  • Press BRIGHTNESS to adjust intensity (start with 50% for first use)
  • Press PULSE if you want the pulsing function (optional)

Start Your Session

  • Press START to begin your 10-minute session
  • The timer will count down on the LCD display
  • Relax and keep your eyes closed during treatment
  • The device will automatically stop after 10 minutes with a beep

After Your Session

  • Remove the mask and neck piece carefully
  • Your skin may appear slightly pink - this is normal
  • Apply your regular skincare routine
  • Clean the device before storage

Maintenance & Care

Cleaning

  • • Wipe inner surface with slightly damp cloth
  • • Use gentle, circular motions
  • • Never submerge in water
  • • Avoid alcohol or harsh chemicals
  • • Allow to air dry completely

Storage

  • • Store in the provided bag
  • • Keep in cool, dry place
  • • Avoid direct sunlight
  • • Don't bend or fold the mask
  • • Charge every 2-3 months if unused

⚠️ Important Safety Information

  • • Do not use while device is charging
  • • Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin
  • • Do not look directly at the LED lights
  • • Keep device away from water and moisture
  • • Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs
  • • Not suitable for children under 18
  • • Consult your doctor if pregnant or have light sensitivity

Troubleshooting

Device won't turn on • Check battery charge level
• Ensure all cables are properly connected
• Try charging for at least 30 minutes
• Press and hold power button for 3 seconds
Some LEDs not lighting up • Check which mode is selected (different modes use different LEDs)
• Ensure cables are fully inserted
• Try unplugging and reconnecting cables
Session stops unexpectedly • Battery may be low - recharge device
• Check for loose cable connections
• Ensure mask is positioned properly
Uncomfortable fit • Adjust head strap for better fit
• Ensure eye openings are properly aligned
• Check that neck piece isn't too tight
Controller display issues • Try turning device off and on again
• Charge device fully
• Contact support if problem persists
