Return and refund policy

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your LED Face & Neck Mask, you may return it for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, your device must be:

  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • In original condition with minimal signs of testing (e.g., device powered on to test functionality)
  • Complete with all accessories and packaging (LED Face Mask, LED Neck Piece, Wireless Controller, USB-C Cable, Head Strap, Storage Bag, User Manual, and original packaging)
  • Free from damage or excessive wear

Note: Returns with missing accessories may be subject to a partial refund or rejection. Please ensure all items are included.

How to Return Your Item

Request Return Authorization

Email returns@vumra.com with your order number and reason for return. Authorization provided within 48 hours.

Receive Return Instructions

Return address and detailed instructions will be provided. Prepaid label provided for defective items only.

Ship Your Return

Package all items securely with original packaging. Use the return address provided. Ship within 7 days of receiving authorization.

If you cannot ship within 7 days, please contact us to request an extension or new authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns (change of mind): Customer pays return shipping
  • Defective or damaged items: We provide prepaid return label
  • Incorrect items sent: We provide prepaid return label

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Product price: Fully refunded
  • Original shipping: Non-refundable (except for defective items or our errors)

Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us immediately at returns@vumra.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We'll arrange either a replacement or full refund including all shipping costs.

12-Month Warranty

All devices include a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electronic component failure
  • Normal use malfunctions

Not covered:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or modifications
  • Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect functionality

For warranty claims, contact returns@vumra.com with your order number and description of the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that show excessive use or have been damaged through misuse
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items with missing accessories (may be subject to partial refund)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If still unresolved, email us at returns@vumra.com
