What are the wavelengths and what do they do?
Our device features 5 wavelengths:
- 415nm (Blue)
- 590nm (Yellow)
- 630nm (Red)
- 850nm (Near-Infrared)
- 1072nm (Near-Infrared)
Each wavelength penetrates to different depths. Please refer to your user manual for detailed information.
What are the 6 preset modes?
- Mode 1: 630nm only
- Mode 2: 590nm + 630nm
- Mode 3: 630nm + 850nm + 1072nm
- Mode 4: 590nm + 630nm + 850nm + 1072nm
- Mode 5: 415nm only
- Mode 6: All wavelengths sequential
Each mode runs for 10 minutes automatically.
Usage Questions
How often should I use the LED mask?
We recommend starting with 3-4 sessions per week, with at least one day between sessions. Each session is 10 minutes. Always follow the guidelines in your user manual.
Can I use the mask daily?
Many users work up to daily use after their skin adjusts. Start slowly and increase frequency gradually based on your comfort level.
Should I clean my face before use?
Yes, use the device on clean, dry skin for best results. Remove all makeup and skincare products before your session.
Can I use skincare products after my LED session?
Yes, you can apply your regular skincare routine after using the device. Many users find their products absorb better after LED therapy.
Do I need to wear eye protection?
The device is designed with eye safety in mind. The LEDs are positioned away from the eye area. However, you may close your eyes during treatment if the light bothers you.
Is the device suitable for all skin types?

Technical Questions
How long does the battery last?
The 5000mAh battery provides 5-7 sessions per charge, depending on the mode used.
How long does charging take?
Full charging takes approximately 2-3 hours using the included USB-C cable.
Can I use the device while charging?
For safety reasons, we recommend using the device on battery power only, not while connected to the charger.
My controller won't turn on. What should I do?
- Ensure the device is charged (connect to charger for 30 minutes)
- Check all connections between mask, neck piece, and controller
- Try resetting by holding the power button for 10 seconds

How do I clean my LED mask?
Gently wipe the inside with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never submerge in water or use harsh chemicals. Allow to air dry completely before storing.

How long before I see results?
Individual results vary. Some users report changes in 2-4 weeks with consistent use, while others may take 8-12 weeks. Consistency is key.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Express delivery (£14.99) takes 3-5 business days.
Is shipping really free?
Yes! Standard UK shipping is completely free on all orders.
Can I track my order?

What if my package is delayed?

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from delivery date. Items must be returned in good condition with all accessories. See our full Returns Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email returns@vumra.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide return authorization and instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you're returning due to change of mind, you cover return shipping. For defective items, we provide a prepaid label.
What warranty is included?
All devices come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
How do I make a warranty claim?
