Our Products
What are your pieces made of?
Our current pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver, set with GRA-certified lab-created moissanite. Exact materials and measurements are listed on each product page.
Is the moissanite certified?
Yes. Each moissanite piece comes with its own GRA certificate, included in the box. The report number can be verified independently at gramoissanite.net.
What is lab-created moissanite?
Moissanite is a brilliant, durable gemstone grown in a lab rather than mined. It's known for exceptional sparkle and is a popular, ethical alternative to mined stones.
Will the piece look like the photos?
Our photography is shot in-house, and the pieces shown are our actual products. Because screens and lighting vary, slight differences in colour or brilliance are normal.
Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and simply makes it easier to track future orders.
How will my order arrive?
Every piece arrives gift-ready, presented in our gift box and bag — ready to give or to keep.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@vumra.com. After that, the order enters dispatch and can't be stopped — but your statutory right to cancel still applies once it arrives.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We don't yet ship internationally.
How much is delivery?
Standard tracked delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, hidden handling fees, or surprise charges at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 3–6 working days: 1–2 working days to inspect and prepare your order, plus 2–4 working days in transit. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and UK Bank Holidays, begin processing the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, we'll email you a Shipping Confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel for any reason, plus an extended 30-day return window on top of that. Change-of-mind returns should be unused and in their original condition.
Do you offer exchanges?
We process returns as refunds. If you'd like a different piece, simply return the original under our returns policy and place a new order.
My item arrived faulty or damaged — what do I do?
Email hello@vumra.com with a photo as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and keep the packaging. Faulty or damaged items are always covered, and reporting later doesn't affect your statutory rights.
When will I get my refund?
For change-of-mind returns, refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the item or your proof of return postage. For verified faulty items, your refund is issued once the fault is confirmed. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Caring for Your Piece
How should I look after my jewellery?
Store it dry and away from direct sunlight, and remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying perfume and lotions. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear to keep it looking its best.
